Our Charter states that The Laurel Foundation's activities are:
To fund, facilitate and promote services, programs and activities for the care, treatment, habilitation and rehabilitation of persons:
(i) with autism, or whose behaviour is autistic like: or
(ii) who otherwise exhibit, suffer from, or are diagnosed with learning disorders of self control; disorders of learning or affect disorders resulting from neurological deficit; developmental disorders of a psychotic or pervasive nature; disorders exhibiting themselves in, or arising from delinquent behaviour, or substance or chemical abuse;
To enable them and their families to function to their maximum potential with the community.
