Development of a Peer-Delivered Self-Management Program for Bipolar Disorder

CREST.BD Vancouver, BC

The primary objective of this translational project was to co-design an innovative face-to-face peer delivered intervention, building on existing CREST.BD successes in the digital realm. Specifically, to leverage material created for the recent PolarUs app project, designed to help support people with BD to learn about and implement self-management strategies to optimise QoL over domains identified as central to living well with BD by people with the condition (Michalak & Murray, 2010; Michalak et al., 2006)
